PRIVACY POLICY

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain the rules on which your personal data is processed and to discuss your basic rights related to the processing of your personal data by us.

As part of its activities, the COMPANY collects and processes personal data – i.e. name and surname, date of birth, e-mail address, home address, Pesel number, NIP number, NIN number, UTR number, identity document data, bank details and image for the following purposes:

  • for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the COMPANY as a data controller and with the consent of the subject of personal data:
    – selling products and providing services to customers, marketing of the COMPANY’s services, including organizing webinars and E-conferences, in particular by: informing about events organized by the COMPANY or in which the COMPANY participates and about the activities of the COMPANY (e.g. as part of the newsletter) ), as well as for analytical and statistical purposes and to ensure IT security related to the website: www.nsfinance.co.uk (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (a) and (f) of the UK GDPR);

(b) to perform contracts concluded by the COMPANY with customers and to cooperate with suppliers and other entities cooperating with the COMPANY (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (b) of the UK GDPR);

(c) we also process personal data in the scope of fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on the COMPANY (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (c) of the UK GDPR).

Your rights

The processing of your personal data is carried out on a voluntary basis, however, depending on the circumstances, refusing to provide data or requesting its removal may prevent us, for example, from contacting you, providing you with information about events and activities of the COMPANY or providing a service.

Personal data – entrusted in connection with the conclusion of a contract for the provision of services or sale of products – will be stored in a form that permits the identification of the data subject for no longer than it is necessary for the purposes for which the data are processed, namely until the expiry of 6 years from the termination of the contract concluded with the Customer, until the end of the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator, and in the case of establishing, investigating or defending against claims – until the claims are time-barred.

Personal data – entrusted in connection with participation in a webinar or E-conference, as well as personal data entrusted for marketing purposes – will be stored until the existence of the YouTube channel and administrator profiles in social media, or until an objection is raised by the data subject .

Personal data – entrusted in order to receive the newsletter – will be stored in a form that allows the identification of the data subject for a period not longer than necessary for the purposes for which the data is processed, namely until the expiry of 6 years from giving consent to data processing.

Transfer of personal data to other entities
